These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fenix Services website and your engagement of our residential and commercial cleaning services in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding Valley. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services and estimates
Estimates provided through our online calculator or by phone/email are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing (email or text) before a visit is scheduled, and may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the space differs materially from what was described.
2. Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, codes, lockbox, or presence on-site). Repeated access failures may result in a trip or lock-out fee, disclosed in advance.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Late cancellations or repeated no-access situations may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you in your service confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at booking — currently by the methods we communicate directly, with card payments via Stripe to be introduced once available. Invoices unpaid past their due date may be subject to a reminder process and, where applicable, late fees consistent with our written agreement with you.
5. Property and pre-existing conditions
Please tell us about fragile items, prior damage, or areas needing special care before the visit. Our team documents pre-existing conditions and will report any damage that occurs during service through our standard incident process.
6. Satisfaction and complaints
If a visit doesn't meet the agreed scope, contact us within 24 hours so we can review and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas. This is not an offer of a specific refund or credit, which is evaluated case by case.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Arizona law, Fenix Services' liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific visit. We maintain insurance coverage appropriate to our operations; nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
